Everything was great and fairly clean, I appreciated staff and food. The outdoor bar was available on the premises.

Fairly clean hotel with exceptional views, we think it's an incredible base for staying in Lake Charles.

Overall wonderful stay for bachelor party weekend. We loved this hotel, including its very good staff and location. Have a drink at the outdoor bar.

The rooms were with a view, loved it. Had cold drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening.

Loved the place, had a really good stay in my smoking room. I were given exceptional, non-smoking room with a view.

Clean and excellent place. Room was non-smoking, large. The hotel itself was in a nice enough area. It was very close to a beachfront park. Pool was great and beds were extremely comfy.

Lobby was nice. I loved my room, it was luxurious and bright with microwave and refrigerator. Generally everything was beautiful, even so the bathroom was cold. Hotel had a secluded location.

I liked strategic location of the hotel, its funny staff and welcoming rooms. Breakfast had fresh choices, including milk, jam, slices of fresh bread, butter and eggs, sadly I didn't have time and didn't try all of it.

Knowledgeable staff, inviting room, excellent pool. Our room had a large bed and a nice view. Breakfast offered a lot of outstanding meals. In general the service was friendly too.

It was surely a very nice stay. Hotel was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean with the staff that was phenomenal. The bed was comfy and room was attractive & fine. Particularly good location. We loved the Asian cuisine in the restaurant. The service offered was SUPERB too.

Fantastic stay, I liked it. Condescending staff, awesome views, fabulous room. I slept so comfy in the quiet bed. They provided a perfect made to order breakfast on site. The service was helpful too. Clean and functional hotel in the best possible location.

Had warm 1 night here. Exceptionally comfortable bed, flat-screen television, terrace and microwave, large room. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was lovely! The meals in the club restaurant were decent, great value for money.

Luxury, absolutely beautiful rooms, heated swimming pools. All in all its really clean place, they have very comfy beds. Attentive service within 0.5 miles of the airport. Check out is late.

Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The venue was really wonderful, I loved staff and rooms. So so comfy beds and central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The hotel was so clean and beautifully presented, had free wi-fi. Room was top notch and great quiet, at least for me. There was super comfortable bed & a spacious bathroom. The staff was consistently courteous to me. Cool drinks at swim-up bar, superb service. Could use their easy parking.

The bed was great and food was good. Really loved that they had onsite restaurant Ember Grille and Wine Bar, no need to go somewhere else. Room was very clean. We will be back when visiting Lake Charles.

Luxury hotel with really accommodating staff. Amazing base for party. Claim jumper restaurants, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the property.

The service and people were just nice! Stayed here on our weekend and appreciated the luxury king room we booked. Regards to your supervisor. It deserves its 4 stars.

We stayed adjacent to such popular places as imperial calcasieu museum. We appreciated the food and location, the hotel had absolutely everything we needed:)))

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Asia that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The hotel was located not far from touristic places such as Imperial Calcasieu Museum. Honestly nothing to complain about...
